2. Before You Return

To make sure your return goes through smoothly, just check that your item meets these:

  • Condition: Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, no makeup) with original packaging and tags intact

  • Timeframe: Let us know within 7 working days of receiving your parcel

  • Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, innerwear (panties, bras) cannot be returned

  • Final Sale: Items below RM20 or purchased during selected promotional sales are not eligible for return or exchange

3. Received a Defective or Wrong Item?

Oh no! That’s on us, and we’ll make it right.

If you received a torn, stained, or incorrect item:

  • Reach out via WhatsApp (017-600 1779) or email

  • Share your Order ID + photos/videos of the issue

Once verified, we’ll arrange a brand-new replacement for you.
If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue 
Store Credit instead.

Just a small note:

  • Color: Slight variations (up to 20%) may occur due to lighting and screen differences

  • Size: A ±3cm difference is considered normal for mass-produced items

4. Returning for Size or Preference

If it’s not quite your fit or style:

  • We’ll issue your refund as Store Credit (no cash refunds)

  • Credits are valid for 90 days and can be used at www.vsoutlet.co

  • Each item is eligible for one exchange only

5. How to Start Your Return

Once your return is approved, just pack your item securely and send it to:
