1. Which country do you ship to?

Answer: We ship worldwide! You will find your shipping charges based on your shipping country by contacting our customers services as well. You may contact us through email ([email protected]) or Facebook Chat for further shipping calculation. The shipping period might be affected due to peak season period.

2. How long does it normally take to ship out items once payment is made?
 Answer: The team tried the best to process and post out your order within 72 hours and it did not include weekend, public holiday and peak season. For normal express delivery, the shipping period sometimes might be affected due to peak season period. 

3. Where can I find my tracking number?
 Answer: Tracking numbers will be provided by email once shipped. Hence, please check your inbox or spam folder. Do contact if there is no tracking number sent to you. To track & trace your delivery status, do visit

  1. Bounced Parcel
     i) Customers will be contacted via Email / Whatsapp should we receive any bounced parcels bearing their name.
     ii) Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. VS Outlet will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part.
     iii) VS Outlet reserves the right to deny any request to combine the bounced back parcels with any new orders.
     iv)Any unclaimed bounced back parcels after 30 days grace period will be forfeited.
