During peak periods (like 11.11 or CNY), it might take a little longer, we’re packing everything with extra care for you.

Once your parcel is on the way, we’ll send your tracking number straight to your email.

5. Delivery Issues (Returned Parcels)

If your parcel gets sent back to us (unclaimed or incorrect address), don’t worry, we’ll reach out via WhatsApp or email.

• Redelivery: Standard shipping fees will apply

• Holding Period: We’ll keep your parcel safe for up to 30 days

• Unclaimed Parcels: Items not collected after 30 days will be considered forfeited

6. International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide.
If your country isn’t listed at checkout, just drop us a message on WhatsApp or email! We’ll sort out a custom shipping quote for you.
