Orders & Payments 

1. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to amend shipping addresses once an order is confirmed. This ensures your parcel is dispatched quickly and prevents misplacement during transit. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your checkout.

2. Can I change my personal details after placing an order?
To prevent delivery issues and ensure your account security, we strongly discourage changing personal information on an active order. If you need urgent assistance, please contact our Customer Service immediately.

3. Can I cancel my order?
We process orders promptly to ensure you receive your items within the estimated timeframe! Therefore, once payment is complete, we are generally unable to cancel or interfere with the fulfillment process. (Note: If a cancellation is exceptionally granted by our team, an RM 5 processing fee will be applied per order.)

4. How can I request a tax invoice for my order?
Please reach out to our Customer Service team via WhatsApp at +6017-671 0979. Our operating hours are:

  • Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

  • Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM(Closed on Weekends and Public Holidays)

5. Can I reserve an item and pay later?
We currently do not offer item reservations for online purchases. To secure your desired items, full payment must be made upon placing the order.

6. What payment methods do you accept?
We offer secure and convenient payment options, including:

  • Online Banking (FPX) & Credit/Debit Card: Securely processed via iPay88 / Stripe.

  • Manual Banking: ATM Transfer or Cash Deposit.

Shipping & Delivery 

1. Which courier do you use, and how can I track my parcel?
We partner with reliable couriers based on your location. Once your order is shipped, you can track your parcel via the links below:

  • West Malaysia: Airpak Express or Best Express

  • East Malaysia: ABX Express

2. Do you ship internationally?

1. I forgot my password or cannot sign into my account. What should I do?
