Terms and Conditions
- Working days are Mondays - Fridays, exclude Weekends & Public Holidays from 9 am - 6 pm.
- For ALL sales enquiries, kindly email us at email@example.com with your order number.
- All transactions (emails & payment verification) will be processed and attended to within 1-2 working days.
- Please refrain from sending multiple emails within the 2 working day if you have yet to receive any reply as we are actively working on other customer enquires as well. Rest assured we will get back to you as soon as possible.
- Kindly ensure that you double check the item(s) that you have selected with the correct colors / sizes before checking out. VS OUTLET will not amend the orders once they have been confirmed and will not be liable in the event where the wrong colors / sizes are selected or if duplicate orders are placed.
- Please ensure ALL the your details are correct for a smooth delivery, especially your full address & mobile number. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed or wrong delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply if parcel is returned.
- Please note that an order is only confirmed once submission of payment is successful.
- All prices are final upon payment checkout. Refunds are strictly not allowed regardless in the event the item(s) purchased is available on sale thereafter.
- VS Outlet reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s) without any prior notice for reasons such as :
- Product ordered is no longer available in stock.
- Payment not completed & was not notified to VS Outlet within 24 hours from the issued order invoice.
- We did not receive any proof of payment / unable to obtain authorisation of payment / suspect of any fraudulent activity.
- Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 working days.
- Shipping will be made during Weekdays only, exclude Weekends & Public Holidays.
- All orders are shipped out according to the order number - we do not combine orders.
- Due to high demands, customers are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED to add or combine item(s) to previous orders once already checked out. If customer wish to add any item(s), kindly CREATE A NEW ORDER.
- All shipping charges will be calculated automatically upon checkout - based on the weight & shipping destination. Do note that shipping fees varies depending on the weight & destination.
- For international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.
- Once the orders have been shipped out & tracking numbers have been provided, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers. VS Outlet shall not be responsible for any lost and/or damaged parcel in post.

DISCOUNT CODES / VOUCHERS
- If you have a discount code, kindly ensure to input the code before checking out for discount to be valid. No Refunds will be made for orders that did not input the discount code at point of purchase.
- Discount codes may or may not come with an expiry date. This will be informed accordingly.
- Discount codes are strictly non-extensible.
- Orders placed using discount codes are not applicable for exchange or returns.
MEASUREMENTS / REPRESENTATION OF ITEMS
- Measurements stated may vary 1-3 cm as items are mass produced. It will not be considered a defect and no exchange will be carried out. Please ensure to choose a size bigger to avoid item(s) not able to fit.
- For printed items, please note placement of prints will differ for every piece due to cut of fabric.
- Colors shown may have slight variance due to lighting than the actual item. As such, the request to exchange & return for this reason will be rejected.
- For light colored items , should there be any obscure slightly small black dots will not be considered as defect as it does not change the overall appearance of the item.
- Items with slight imperfections (loose thread, slight dotted stain,etc) which doe not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered as defect.
- Customers will be contacted via Email / Whatsapp / Wechat should we receive any bounced parcels bearing their name.
- Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. VS Outlet will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.
- VS Outlet reserves the right to deny any request to combine the bounced back parcels with any new orders.
- Any unclaimed bounced back parcels after 30 days grace period will be forfeited.
