Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
6. Promotions, Vouchers, and Discounts
From time to time, VS Outlet may offer discount codes, automatic promotions, or bundle deals.
- Non-Stacking Policy: Only one (1) discount code, voucher, or automatic promotion can be applied per order. Vouchers and discount codes cannot be stacked or used in conjunction with other ongoing promotions, bundle offers (e.g., 3 for RM 109), or automatic discounts unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Usage Limits: Discount codes are strictly limited to the terms specified (e.g., one use per customer). We reserve the right to cancel any orders that attempt to bypass these limits or abuse our promotional system.
- Validity: All discount codes are subject to expiration dates and minimum spend requirements as specified during the promotion.
7. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
8. Return and Refund Policy
We want your return process to go smoothly. Please ensure your return meets the following criteria before initiating a request.
8.1 Timeframe and Condition: Returns must be requested within 7 working days of receiving your parcel. Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and without makeup stains) with all original packaging and tags intact.
8.2 Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, innerwear (such as panties and bras) cannot be returned. Additionally, items priced below RM20 or purchased during selected promotional sales are considered "Final Sale" and are not eligible for return or exchange.
8.3 Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a torn, stained, or incorrect item, please reach out via WhatsApp (017-600 1779) or email with your Order ID and photos/videos of the issue.
- Upon verification, we will arrange a 1-to-1 brand-new replacement and VS Outlet will bear the return/exchange postage.
- If the replacement item is out of stock, Store Credit will be issued.
- Note: Slight color variations (up to 20%) due to lighting/screen differences and minor size differences (±3cm) are considered normal for mass-produced items and do not qualify as defects.
8.4 Returns for Size or Preference: If an item is not quite your fit or style, you may return it at your own postage cost.
- Refunds for preference/size are issued strictly as Store Credit (no cash refunds).
- Store Credits are valid for 90 days and can be used at www.vsoutlet.co.
- Each item is eligible for one (1) exchange only.
8.5 Return Process: Approved returns must be securely packed and sent via a trackable shipping method to:
