Return Policy

The Return Policy is only applicable to purchases made through our online site.

*Effective from 20 May 2020, promotion for summer sale RM20 per items strictly no return and exchange*

 Store exchange is prohibited unless exceptions. 

Any refund only can be return in store credit. Strictly no cash refund.

We do not make exchanges, instead we accept returns for a store credit. Store credit can then be used on your next order. 

Returns can only made one time per order number, any order placed with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.


How do I return my order?

REASONS OF RETURN : example (Defective Items- attach photo(s) / Incorrect item received )

Once the return is verified, kindly send the parcel to:

Kindly indicate these when sending the parcel out:
1) Name
2) Email
3) Order ID
4) Reason of return
5) Products returned
(Defective / Wrong item sent (size, colour))

 Also, provide us your tracking number so that it will reach us safely and timely.

Defective Items

  • Delivery fees of the return or exchange will be borne by
  • We will send a Brand-new piece once defective items or incorrect items is received.
  • Store credit will be generated once the stocks is no longer available in website (for next purchase)


1. I would like to request a refund in cash (in any condition). 

We apologize that we are unable to provide cash refund except for double order. Any other reasons are not permitted. 

2. The size doesn't fit me. Can I change it to other size ?

Kindly refer to the measurement provided of the item before placing the order.

3. The color look different from the website.
Color of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchanges due to this reason will be charged a processing fee.

4. I found a defect on my item but I've already washed it. Can I exchange?
We're unable to accept your return as it had been washed. Please check your item upon receive.

*Processing fee costs of RM5 (RM10 for East Malaysia) will be charged for each return item if free shipping had been provided for the order. For example, if the returned item costs RM35 you will receive a store credit of RM30.

 More information:

  1. If the item you wish to exchange exceeds the value of the item returned, you shall pay for the excess; in the other cases, if the item you wish to exchange is lower price than the returned item, no cash refund policy shall apply.
  2. All Item(s) must be returned in original condition (unaltered, unworn, unwashed & with tags intact)
  3. All items must be shipped back within 5 working days upon item received.
  4. All returns which do not meet the above mentioned criteria will be strictly declined and forfeited.
  5. Item could be returned only ONE TIME per transaction. reserves the right to amend the terms from time to time without prior notice. By purchasing from our website, you are deemed to have agreed to the above terms and conditions listed.
